Your journey begins with a 90-minute consultation and comprehensive medical assessment. We review your health history, current lifestyle and wellness goals to determine the appropriate biomarkers for deeper insight.

BioMarker Testing
Advanced biomarker testing will help us uncover deficiencies, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, metabolic health and more. You will receive your results in one week, so you can begin optimizing your health sooner.

Based on the results of the biomarker testing, you will receive a personalized cared plan with expert recommendations designed specifically for your body, goals and long-term health.
Advanced Biomarkers
While our core biomarker assessment provides a strong foundation for understanding your health, Advanced Biomarkers allow for deeper investigation into specific areas of concern or optimization. Advanced biomarker testing can help identify subtle imbalances before they become significant health concerns. Michael Anciado
MN-NP, MEd, CNP
I am a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in acute care, emergency medicine, and primary care.
My clinical background includes the Hospital for Sick Children (PACU & CCCU) and St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto and in Sharbot Lake Family Health Team. I am currently a Hospitalist/ER Nurse Practitioner in Simcoe at Norfolk General Hospital.

Jessie Strohman
RPN
I am a Registered Practical Nurse with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, patient-centred care across Ontario and British Columbia.
My clinical background includes medical-surgical nursing, emergency care, corrections, long-term care, and slow-stream rehabilitation. I have been a dedicated nurse since 2013 and am motivated by opportunities to continually grow my skills while delivering high-quality care in a variety of healthcare settings.
I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care and building meaningful relationships with patients.
